I have ONLY GREAT COMPLIMENTS for this store. Number one because of the head lady working the computer at check out. She is always so nice and knows exactly how to help you out to get all the discounts and sales correct!! I like the products but being treated so well and respected is VERY important. And EVERY time I have ever been there, its been the same!! THANK YOU LADIES! Keep up the wonderful work! 😁👏🏼👍🏼

Great customer service, Betsy especially was super nice and took time to entertain my nephew while we were there. She made sure we knew all the sales and answered our questions! Definitely an enjoyable experience

Felt uncomfortable, AND TAMMY SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED FOR CAUSING SUCH A SCENE. With back to school season I understand that it’s a high volume of people in stores, but that does not give an excuse for a fellow staff to talk to another like they are a child. I witnessed “Tammy” telling one of her fellow coworkers in a very rude manner that the coworker was not needed in the very crowded area near the front of the store ( in my opinion it would make more sense for the coworker to follow the crowd, especially with the great knowledge that she held for the products). “Tammy” proceeds to tell the coworker in a rude tone( and loud enough for me to hear distinctly what she had told her fellow coworker from about 5 feet away l) that she was needed to monitor the area by the 3-wick candles, THEN “Tamm

Staff was awesome! Not only did she help me find what scents I like, she also helped me get every discount that I could with what I was purchasing. Not only is this a great place for yourself, but all the products make delightful gifts as well. Something here for everyone. Will definitely return here!

Yesterday 6/14/224 I stopped into the Houma store in Southland Mall and the nicest young man help me out his name was Dave/David -I usually do not like people in my space when I am looking around but he was so polite and nice. -Thank you for helping me out and being patient with me with the smelling of the available scents, which was alot lol -I also observed and heard how polite he was with each person who came in the store --He deserves acknowledgement!!!! Again Dave/David thank you for helping me it was truly appreciated !!!
