I’ve been going to Hailey for about a year now and always love how my blonde hair turns out! I initially brought my daughter to her for haircuts because I read how amazing her blowouts are (they are!) and have been seeing her ever since. I was struggling with a blonde stylist that was making my hair brassy before but I never have to worry about that with Hailey. I love how Hailey always personalizes her experiences and is always really easy to talk to as well!

I had been to Hailey a couple of times in the past for a balayage, and she’s always done a great job. Her price point is definitely on the higher end, but I never minded paying because I always left happy and felt the quality justified the cost. This time, however, I specifically asked for a balayage and even brought what I thought were clear reference photos. Instead, I left with traditional highlights — a completely different technique — without her confirming any change from what I’ve always requested. She did offer to adjust the color for free, and I appreciate that, but color wasn’t my main concern. Hailey is a magician! She has the ability to give my hair the best treatment. Hailey is able to achieve the perfect blending with my hair so that when it grows it isn’t obvious. When she’s washing and drying my hair, I could fall asleep. It is so relaxing in her salon. I always walk out happy with her service. She’s the best!
