Sun Tan City

Horrible!!! I was tanning under one of their specials I received by email. Tan for $5 a time through December 31st (lowest beds). I went twice all was fine, and when I went the third time all the sudden it was not available anymore. I was like, it is thru end of year. They have people working there that don't even know what their doing. This was even one of the girls that had checked me in the first time. Ridiculous!!! I would NEVER go there again.

The staff is just amazing. These young ladies are always busy and keeping everyone happy and the place clean.

The lady with all the tattoos from neck down is very rude, the staff is not very knowledgeable about specials and free first tans, if you don't do your research before you go in you will get rip off, I will not be returning to this Sun Tan City because of employees attitude and smart mouth commenting. Sun Tan City do better you are supposed to make customers experience wonderful and welcoming not disappointing and unwelcoming

Horrible customer service!! As a long time Sun Tan City customer, I refuse to use this location from now on! The couple times I have gone there, the front desk girls seem annoyed that they actually have to work, no smiles and not friendly. Usually too busy chatting and on their phones. However, I recommended this place to my husband to at least try (maybe he’d have better luck) because it’s close to his work. He bought a promotion and asked after tanning to clarify when his promo ended, the girl (with bad over lined lips) told him the 15th. On the 13th my husband went to use his promo and he was told by a different girl that it had expired🙄. He explained that he was specifically told that he had until the 15th. No sorry or anything! She then had the audacity to say he could buy a package f
