Kairos Float & Wellness Studio

From the moment I walked in, I knew this was a special place. I'm not new to floating, but I was new to halo therapy. My 45-minute session was wonderful. The best part, though, was my float. The music was perfect - the float itself was the best I've ever had. The starlight ceiling made me feel like I was floating down river under the stars. The shower is a beautiful combination of a rain shower and then there is a handheld unit. Such an incredibly relaxing time. The owner is so sweet and kind and you can definitely see she is passionate about Kairo's. I loved it so much, I purchased a membership - and even received a Veterans' discount. I highly recommend this float studio! I can't wait to go back in a few weeks.

Tried contrast therapy for the first time at Kairos Float & Wellness Studio, and wow—what a ride! One minute I was toasty and relaxed like a cinnamon roll in the oven, the next I was in an ice bath questioning all my life choices. And I loved every second of it. The team at Kairos was amazing—super friendly, informative, and didn’t laugh too hard at my “am I turning into a popsicle?” moment. The space is gorgeous, peaceful, and smells better than any spa I’ve ever been to. I walked in tense and tired, and walked out feeling like I could wrestle a bear (a friendly one, of course). Highly recommend if you need a reset or just want to feel alive again without skydiving. I’ll definitely be back—cold plunge and all!

Completed a Halotherapy session and Contrast therapy, Rebecca is very knowledgeable about the therapies she offers. I came out feeling so relaxed and like a new person. cant wait til they open the float tanks. If you need relaxation this is what you need

I wanted to surprise my husband for our 15th anniversary with something different. We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was was welcoming and very good energy. We had an amazing time. I love the float tank and can't wait to book my next session. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you try it. You won't be disappointed!

Kairos is an amazing wellness studio! The benefits I’ve received from the Sunlighten Sauna, Halotherapy, and the Floatation Tank are numerous. My skin feels healthier and I have more energy. The customer service is outstanding with true science backed explanations of each service😊😊
