Kaiblonde Salon

I was looking for a place to get my hair highlighted in Charleston because I didn't have a place down there, and so my friend recommended Kai. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She is the cutest, sweetest, and kindest girl ever. When I tell you I wanted icy, she delivered. I felt absolutely gorgeous. If you wanna be super blonde go to Kai. I LOVE HER.

So It really sucks writing this review because Kai is a really nice person and we vibed... but the tragedy that I had happen to my hair I for sure don't want to happen to anyone else. So please do your research before booking with anyone claiming to be a luxury blonding hair salon. I went in to see Kai due to a referral I had gotten. We vibed and I really liked her. I told her when we were discussing about what I wanted to do that my hair was fragile from the last time I had gotten my hair done at a salon and that I wanted to make my roots lighter but if it wasn't possible then I didn't need to go brighter. Kai had assured me that she could do my hair and continued to do my hair. At some point she asked me if I wanted to do a thing where she turns me around and then presents my hair at the

Sadly, I have to write this review. Kai is really sweet but she ruined my hair. She did a partial highlight which ended up turning my ashy blonde hair the color orange (as you can see my extensions are ashy blonde, the same color my hair was when I walked in). She moved my extensions up and after the first wash, half of them fell out. She declined my request for a refund (the $450 I paid her) And now I have to pay double to fix all of this mess.

This is my before and after. Brunettes get in line because Kai does it all! I asked her to add some dimension and cool it down after a long summer in the sun. I wanted a subtle blend of light and dark brown without using bleach. I love it thank you so much Kai 💕

Kai is the sweetest person you will meet! Very kind and easy to vibe with during your appointment. She does an amazing job on my platinum hair. Highly recommend going here for blonding services :)
