Not impressed with the piercing. I took my granddaughter up there to get her cartilage pierced and the lady used a piercing gun.(an come to find out, you are supposed to use a needle) the earring didn't go all the way through and the lady keep trying to push it through with her hand. My granddaughter was in so much pain. And then cried the whole way home because it was hurting so bad. All that went through her ear was the point. It was barely showing. As for anything else in the store, I have no complaint, but I wouldn't take my worst enemy up there to get any kind of piercing!!!!

I love this store, I had a great interaction with the wonderful lady's very helpful 😊 my new spot.

I wouldn't even give one star. I used to shop here all the time when then Asian man and lady owned the store loved them both. The new owners are terrible they watch you like you're going to steal something the guy tries to tell you things like a white man knows more about black women hair then a black woman get out of here. The merchandise is overpriced and bad service.

K-wigs is great for all your hair needs, the girls at the are always nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about any question I have about hair.
