I have been a customer at Flawless for 10 years and not once have I EVER heard of an incident like Bobbie Skies described because 1) Donna has the experience that makes mistakes like that super unlikely and 2) Donna would NEVER let someone walk out of her shop without fixing something like that if it did occur. One of her greatest skills is fixing the mistake that other hair stylist make. I cannot count how many times I have been at the shop when the phone rings with an upset woman calling to explain what has happened to her hair. Donna calmly listens, explains what the possibilities are to fix it or to deal with the issue until a fix can be done and generally tells the lady to come on over as soon as she can. No matter how booked she is, the upset woman is treated with great kindness
