K H Nails

I came in for a pedicure around 11 am. It wasn't too crowded and Mary was amazing. Didn't feel rushed and 10/10 on service.

Sister and I went on Saturday afternoon and it was quite packed. I sat in chair and water was too hot, lady apologized and changed the temperature. I requested French manicure with no fake nail, dip, shellac, powder, nothing. Service went great. Lady was not rough and took her time. Will return.

I came to this establishment 8/11/25 and asked TONY if could do a design that I showed him. He advised he could and he’s been a nail tech for 12 years. He did not do as the picture at all. It was for my daughter who didn’t speak up at the time while he was doing it. I told her she needs to learn to speak up because this could have been corrected before he completed the nail set. He was rude but acknowledged it was not like the picture. I will not be visiting again. He made me wait an hour to take off the nails. Having an attitude because you did not provide the service requested is unacceptable.

Please don’t come here service was bad. The woman doing my nails was rushing and did horrible I got my nails done yesterday and they already came off the same day. I asked for a French set there was air bubbles all in my nails and I told her I didn’t like it and she charged me to get them painted over… I got my toes done she over charged me for stuff I didn’t even ask for and my toes came off so I asked her to fix the ones that came off but started taking over ones that was really on and took my real toe nail off. And I asked for a refund and she gave me $30 back when I paid 115 for everything and I didn’t nothing I asked for.

As y’all know I like my nails “princess perfect” Experience was great but there could be improvements. My nails still had excess acrylic on one hand and was uneven from other hand. It was done very quickly which is fine but please clean it up. And they still use regular polish 👎🏾—LeaMarie 😊
