I used to love coming to this K‑Beauty store - there was a sweet girl working here when they first opened who gave me amazing tips, advice on products, and even guidance on spotting fake vs. real versions. I always felt like I was getting the authentic Korean skincare experience. Recently, I returned to re-purchase a sunscreen, only to discover that the formula was completely different from my previous purchase. After doing some research, I learned it had been reformulated for the US market, which defeats the whole purpose of seeking out Korean skincare products in the first place. The first one I bought was original and authentic. I’ve since found a website that sells authentic Korean products at half the price, delivered straight from Korea with the original ingredients. I had an amazing experience at this beauty cosmetics and skincare store! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff Jieun and Chuan was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about every product. They took the time to listen to my skin concerns and recommended items that actually worked for me instead of just trying to make a sale.
