I love this beauty supply. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There's thus one woman who's usually always at the register with a great personality and is so funny.

The older lady wouldn't allow me to look & feel the wigs without watching me from 2 feet away.. I couldn't decide between a longer one & a shorter wig based on the hair color & i just wanted to hold it & see what I could as far as which would be the right one for me.. I ultimately made the wrong decision, when I tried to return it the young girl informed me they do not do exchanges on wigs. I understand. Just felt like I should have been given the opportunity to properly decide.

Staff was Very courteous and the store was clean. Found what I needed!
