I purchased a headband that was too big. It was defective because the size was unusually large. You could not tell without opening the package. I came back one day later with the receipt and was not able to EVEN exchange the never worn in the package item. I received horrible customer service with what appeared to me as a non caring attitude. Not allowing a customer to return defective merchandise should be against the law! Needless to say I’ll never be back! If you purchase from this greedy non caring business establishment ~ make sure it’s not defective merchandise because you’re not getting your money back! There are NO signs on the door about not being able to return merchandise. Highly disappointed. Would give 0 if allowed especially for the “It’s not my problem” attitude given by the

I’m a licensed stylist and even listed in their little book. I went in for towels and combs, but when I asked for the 10% licensed professional discount, I was told it only applies to certain products. Honestly, that’s weird to me.. I’ve never heard of a beauty supply store limiting the discount like that for licensed professionals.

I have purchased beauty products from all over the city but this one is the best as far as having hair products for naturals. I wear my hair curly all year round thanks to this store. They have curly extensions, curl enhancer lotion, foam, you name it they have it. My curls look amazing using the products they sell. The guy who works there is very good at picking the most up to date products. He is amazing with customers really loves what he does. I also love the color contacts and sweater caps they sell. If I could give higher rating I would.

My twin has cancer. She shaved her head because the chemo was causing it to fall out. I decided to shave mine too. I cried over this decision, but I felt I had to do it. As I shopped for wigs, for the first time EVER, a lady comes to me a points to a sign. It read that I could only try on 5 wigs. I stated this was my first time ever buying a wig, I don't know what I'm looking for. She rudely said pick a style and try on those. She didn't offer to help. She went on working. I complained to the cashier, explaining that I had to shave my head... NOTHING! No concern, no offer to help, no apologies. She seemed as if she could care less. I've shopped there often. NEVER AGAIN!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!!
