I arrived at the salon about 15–20 minutes before my scheduled 11 AM appointment. Keep in mind that I had to take an Uber because I am currently dealing with car issues. When I arrived, I knocked on the door multiple times and called the number listed on the front about 6–7 times. Even went on the site to use the “text us” feature to get in contact with someone. I received no response and ended up standing outside until 11:03 AM before someone eventually arrived. When I initially booked online, I selected Georgia because she was recommended for doing locs. Before booking, I also confirmed that the salon offered loc repair services, and I was told that they did. However, the day before my appointment I noticed that my stylist had been changed to someone else. I was never notified of this

Absolutely amazing experience! I had such a wonderful time at this Black-owned hair salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The staff truly care about healthy hair and take the time to listen to what you want. My stylist was knowledgeable, gentle, and made sure my hair looked and felt amazing. What I really love is how professional and organized everything is—from booking to service. The products they use smell incredible and left my hair soft, shiny, and full of life. It’s so refreshing to be in a space that celebrates Black beauty, culture, and self-care with such pride. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service, good vibes, and beautiful results. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕✂️✨

This place is honestly great, just don't think it's for me. Customer service is top notch, but I just wasn't satisfied with any of the styles I got. The last appointment I had, I got two-strand twists with extensions. My stylist was very knowledgeable about everything, but I asked for a shorter length (not past my ears) and it ended up being shoulder length. I also just wasn't super impressed with the quality. Some of my twists felt crooked and a few fell out only after a couple of days. All the stylists are great and friendly though, so I definitely recommend trying this place still. Be specific about what you want though.

This place is an hidden gem! Right off the bat the place looks fabulous, and customer service is top tier. Very classy. I went in with little expectations and was blown! Sonya took her time and care to communicate and understand exactly what I wanted. I got a relaxer + pixie cut. This is a hairstyle I've wanted for so long! I've compromised in the past before (with braids and locs), this time I fully committed. I've gotten tons of compliment and I feel so good about myself. I cant recommend this place enough.
