Justin's Barbershop-(No longer a Justins Barbershop, Location open under new name and ownership)

Good barbers but reception/booking is horrible. Had an appointment at 2:30PM only to go there and find out the shop was closed on a Tuesday (Dec 27). Google and website says it was open. Multiple times I was told 15 min before my appointment that the barber I requested wasn't there and I had to rebook.

I recommend Pepe he's a great barber. But when I made a appointment for Pepe he was booked and they said jay was available and would recommend. I went and got my haircut with jay but he didn't do what I showed him. I showed a picture and he did something different. And when I was finished he didn't even do a shape up he said that he thought I didn't want one but I never said that. I think he just didn't want to cut my hair. I would recommend Pepe and now will always make a appointment with him and if he's booked I will wait. I wish I could have got a refund.

Barbers generally do a good job but dont expect your appointment to be on time. Second time in a row I've sat waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. Never even addressed or asked if I want to go with another barber while waiting.

My husband booked two appointments for himself and our son, they showed up on time, the receptionist claims she tried to call and that the guy who was supposed to cut their hair had an emergency and had to leave, but my husband had no missed calls. She said she could squeeze them in the next day at 5 and that she would call to confirm the next day. Nobody called so around 4 my husband called, no one answered, he called again, no one answered. So I called and they picked up, she was screening his calls. Incredibly unprofessional, would not ever recommend. My husband received a haircut there just once before this incident, and we will never return.

By far the only place in the area to get a quality haircut! Rarely do you see a group of talented professional barbers under one roof! Justin’s Barbershop constantly has been a hotbed for talented barbers assuring you will always walk out with the freshest fades and shave! The home of Jersey’s Best barbers it is the only place I recommend!
