Just Threading

I’ve gone here for years and usually it’s been pretty good. About two times and this last time, though, they made me look like Courtney cox from the 1990s…constantly angry with pencil-thin eyebrows! Yikes. Make sure when you say ‘just a clean up’ you are confident they know not to reshape your brows super thin unless that’s what you want. My brows won’t let me go back there again. They are constantly angry for a reason 🫣

I had an awful experience at this location. The technician was extremely rough while doing my eyebrows, causing me a lot of pain, and she didn’t seem to care at all. When she was finished, I noticed welts on my eyebrows—something that has never happened to me before. Instead of taking responsibility, she brushed it off as an “aloe allergy,” even though I’ve been to the Kernersville location multiple times and never had this issue. When I voiced my concerns at checkout, I was completely dismissed. There was no effort to address my issue or even acknowledge my discomfort. I let them know I would follow up with a doctor’s note if my eyes didn’t improve. Very disappointed in how this was handled. I will not be returning to this location.

I was serviced by Johanna(sp), she had impeccable customer service. I like my eyebrows. They have great prices. I’m very pleased.

I love this place!! I’ve been going there for years now. Ladies are amazing and very friendly. Best spot to get your eyebrows done.

I been going there for 5 years and they was great, last year the lady who always do my eyebrows she keep doing them unmatched and every time I tell her something like I want them a little bit shorter or a little bit thinner she look at me like I’m crazy and ask me why and don’t do what I asked her or doesn’t do it right , today is my last time I go to them I even try to take my old picture and show her how she did my eyebrows before her answer is I will try or u can’t do that anymore, this picture I took after I left them !
