Went to try this salon and took a photo of the color I wanted. It was platinum blonde highlights and said absolutely no red in my hair. My hair had already had blonde highlights in it and just needed them brightened up. Well came out with reddish hair and my whole head was dark. It was awful. Never ever go to this salon again. I've emailed the salon to let the owner know what happened and I didnt get any responds from her. Thought well maybe it didnt go through so sent a new one. Nope no responds. Thank god I got in a few days later with ROCKAWAY Bleach ( not associated at all with just cuz salon) and she fixed my hair. She is a life saver. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUST CUZ SALON.
