June Nail Salon

We are visiting family in NJ for the holiday. Found this nail salon and had a great experience. Got a gel manicure and it looks great! Bathroom is clean, the whole salon is clean and smells good.

I will NEVER go to this place again!! They are dishonest and I will not do business with anyone I do not trust. They have a loyalty card where they initial it every time you get service. Once you get 10 services, the 11th is discounted. Manicure -$10 Pedicure -$20. I usually get the Spa Pedicure which is $60! A regular pedicure is $25. So I have spent over $600 because there were times that I forgot to stamp the card. When it is time to pay, I am told it is $10 off. I explained that my card says $20. Then the lady (not sure if it was the owner or not but the Korean woman who was there) says, oh that is an old card and tried to show me the new one. I told her that had nothing to do with me and showed exactly where my card showed $20 off. Long story short, they only gave me $10 off. I shou

Disgusting, filthy establishment. Besides this the owner , Esther is unprofessional and rude to say the least. I have a condition that makes my cuticles very dry so I have to get a manicure every once in a while. The manicure I received made them look worse than before. I was offered a gift card and Esther said she would do the manicure herself next time. I called to make an appointment and she knew who I was, her response “ I’m not comfortable doing the manicure because I know you won’t be happy and the only reason why I have you a gift card was because I thought you wouldn’t come back “. As outlandish as it sounds, those were the EXACT words that came out of her mouth

Had a great experience. They really took their time on the pedicure and the manicurist helped me choose the French design. Overall, a very nice experience.

Esther the owner is passive aggressive rude. She has her mood swings and although I attempted to look past it at first because her staff is good, I had to stop coming due to disrespect. I missed an appointment I was a bed rest pregnant woman at the time and she tried threatening me that going forward she’d charge me. I’ve been coming there for 2yrs and have never previously missed an appointment. I told her I didn’t think it was fair she was trying to scare me this way etc and she then said that this rule has been in place forever. I said, I had no read these rules anywhere in her office and she waited for me to be getting my nails done so she’d write this rule out on POST-ITS Notes and placed this stick notes EVERYWHERE! I’ve never seen such immaturity or rudeness.
