Julie's Dominican Hair Salon

I have been going to Yvette for 5 years now, she takes great care of my hair and her work is amazing! I definitely recommend this hair salon, you won’t regret it!

If I could give no stars I would. Walked up and I can see two people braiding hair. Got to the door and it was locked. One braider (I don’t want to specify ethnicity) looked up and went back to work, the other unlocked the door and with the nastiest of attitudes said “yeah?” As if I’m bothering her. I was so confused and before I could respond she closed the door in my face before I can even ask if this was a Dominican salon because where were the people actually doing hair styling. After she reopened the door so I can get my sentence out I just went with my gut and said never mind. Really terrible initial customer service- so I already knew I wouldn’t have a great experience here.

Love the service at Julie’s Hair salon. Ivette and Julie are exceptional. You will love your hair after visiting the salon. They make you feel so special and amazing. Will recommend this place 500%

I have been a client at Julie’s Hair Salon for over 8 years. I came to Julie when my hair was in bad shape. Julie revived my hair and going forward always gave me advice/tips, recommended and sold products to me to help maintain hair health. I refuse to go elsewhere. It is hard to find someone that cares about the quality and not just out to get money from the client. It’s really like a family from day one so much so that I keep coming back. Most of the clients are friendly. It truly is more than a salon, it’s a family like atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

This was a wonderful experience! My stylists name was Ivette. She was very hospitable and great customer service! She trimmed my ends without cutting my hair too short unlike some other salons; and she was able to get my hair styled without using extremely high heat; again, unlike other salons. I’d highly recommend! Thanks Ivette! —— I had wash, blow dry, and flat iron and trim. $50, +$10 for trim, +$3 if you pay with card.
