Julia's Cuts Family Hair Salon

I had visited this place twice before and had good experiences, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this last visit was extremely disappointing and will be my last. My hair was long, reaching the middle of my back. I clearly showed a reference photo of a cut with a similar length and explained that the difference in length should be minimal, no more than two to three inches trimmed. Instead, my hair was cut all the way up to my neck. The result was nothing like what I requested, and my hair was completely ruined. I am very upset and sad with how my hair looks now. I also want to point out that this time my hair was cut by a different person than the one who cut it during my previous visits. I asked for only two inches to be cut, and they removed more than half of my hair. On top of that, the haircut is uneven all over my head. My hair was originally midback length, and I do not understand how so much hair was cut. The person who cut my hair this time was not the same person who had cut it previously at this place, and honestly, this person should stop cutting hair.

I took my son for a haircut, she knicked him and asked if he was slow. The place smells like sewer. She was pretty rude overall. I wish I read the reviews before taking him there. Such a traumatic experience.

I called yesterday to make an appointment for a perm. I asked the lady if she had anything for tomorrow (Aug 28) and said yes at 10am. I gave her my name. I was very excited to get the perm done. I arrived 5 mins early. I got to the salon waited until the doors opened. 10:15am and no one was there yet. I was very disappointed and left. Especially since i was looking forward for this appointment.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN! I’ve gotten plenty of bad haircuts but this place has to be the worst. The fat Mexican lady was more worried about getting a Big Mac from McDonald’s than listening to me. Asked for a 1.5 on the side and she gave me a double 0. If you have an interview or any event coming up TRUST ME. DO NOT COME HERE. Pretty sure the owner went to the bridge asked who needs work and picked up this lady. She needs to find a new profession and fast so discontinue butchering peoples hair. This place deserves a -5 star. AGAIN GUYS TRUST ME AVOID THIS PLACE.
