Julian Nails

First and last time coming here. Had to listen to irate customers and threats to destroy the place, the entire time I was there, and none of the employees cared. They compensated the aggressor but not the ones impacted. I didn’t even get what I wanted because I couldn’t communicate with the nail tech, B. I would’ve left but I was already in the process of apparently getting my nails messed up and rushed. Debating on going back for the removal tomorrow. This was a $50 waste. Pedicure was cool $35

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was kicked out of this nail shop because I kept asking them to fix the nails how I like 1- the lady at table 3 starts on my nails and puts 1 layer of acrylic on. I told her I would like her to add more as the nails were flimsy and bending! If you I acrylic nails, no way should they be bending. 2- she adds more and then goes on to shaping. Once she was done I asked her to shape more because the nails the super fat. I told her I could even show her how I wanted them. She gives me the nail file and I proceeded to do 1 nail to show her how they should be. She tries again, they were still fat, so I asked her to file more. She proceeds to get upset and says she will no longer do my nails bc I don’t like how she does them. 3-they move me to the table next to the

I come there all the time and never have any issues until these last 2 times. I’m not even worried about how the lady messed up my nails 2 weeks ago; today I went in there to get my hands and feet and got French on my big toes with the rest all white. The man must not be able to do French because a lady sat down abruptly to do my big toes, and the French still looked crazy. They didn’t put any oil on my feet or legs either and I got a pedicure. I told the boy at the front about it and he told me to show him, so a lady then tried to argue with me about my actual nail vs. me talking about the PAINT. Just to still sit down and fix the nails. I been here several times, my nails never disappoint. I love the glow in the dark nails! If you go in the afternoons or weekends it’s always busy. Nails get done really fast and last you from 3 to 4 weeks sometimes even longer. Prices are also reasonable compared to other places.

I had a horrible experience here. If you’re not getting acrylic/pedicures they pair you with somebody that doesn’t know half of what they are doing. My GEL POLISH CHANGE should not look like a 3rd grader’s art project with scribbling outside of the lines. Better prices than most but horrible quality. They also immediately don’t understand what you’re saying when you communicate that you are dissatisfied with their work. Just spend the $5 more elsewhere and save the headache!
