i’m giving them 3 stars because she trimmed my cuticles well but tools came from under the table, no sterilization, she used a binder as base and top coat for regular polish. I had to go back from the car to have it removed because my nails were burning. No cuticle oil and no hand massage, not even attempted (and I was looking forward to that for my tired hands). Salon cleanliness questionable. I am not returning

I came in with my three daughters expecting a nice experience while we all got our nails done together. We planned for two pedicures, two manicures, and a full set. After waiting patiently, the staff decided they would not do my youngest daughter’s nails (she’s 4) because I declined the $45 gel service. I explained that regular polish would be fine and that if she happened to mess them up, I understood they wouldn’t fix them. I asked them not to focus on a problem that hadn’t even happened yet. They eventually agreed to do them, but after we waited even longer, they came back and said they would not do her nails at all. My daughter was very disappointed, and honestly, so was I. My new favorite nail spot—worth every penny! I was in need of a new nail tech, and someone recommended Julee Nails. Honestly, it’s the best recommendation I’ve received all year. You definitely get what you pay for here. The prices are a little higher than what I was used to, but the quality is worth every single dollar. NaNa is my tech, and her work is extraordinary. She can create unique designs on the spot or perfectly recreate any photo you show her. Most of the time, I just pick a color and let her work her magic. If you’re looking for high-quality nails and true artistry, this is the place to go.

I want to say something nice because they really were sweet - but this is unacceptable. I got my nails done Sunday and by Friday nails were missing. I called and they said they only repair nails for free after 72 hours? so that’s the expectancy of my set only 3 days? The pictures attached was my set by day 7 lol I really wanted to come back but I won’t.

Mo and Bruce are the only two people that I will let work on my feet and hands. I love the fact that they both know how to do hands and feet. Please go see them, you won’t be disappointed.
