Amazing experience at J S Beauty Supply! The store was clean, well organized, and fully stocked. The clerk was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — he knew exactly where everything was and made me feel comfortable shopping. I really appreciated that he didn’t follow me around the store and gave me space to shop freely. I was happy to learn they now close at 9 PM, which is very convenient. The prices were reasonable, the products were new and not expired, and I even received a bag of free samples! I’ve been to many beauty supply stores, but I’ve never been treated with this level of kindness and respect. This store has EVERYTHING. I’ll definitely be back — probably more than once!

They have horrible customer service! The cashier even snatched my money from me. I was polite and respectful I was not greeted or welcomed when I came in and they were watching me like a hawk, do not come here! They did not know that I am a local guide but I bet they regret treating me like that now!

The owner of this beauty supply store accused me of stealing when I put an item back that I didn’t want anymore, and I told her I could even show her where I put the item on the store to prove to her that I didn’t steal. Yet she continues to make me uncomfortable that lead to me leaving the store having bought nothing. This isn’t the first time she’s accused someone that I know either, I just believe that if you can’t handle having a store in this location u shouldn’t be here
