This was my first and only experience: I went in wanting a balayage with the lightened ends then dyed pink. The stylish started by shampooing me with water that was way too hot the entire time, even after I told her multiple times that it was too hot for me. She blow dried me, and then started the lightning with foils. She started at the top of my head, And sort of worked her way from left to right, down my head. For some reason, she kept on leaving, and by the time she got to the bottom of my head, two hours had passed and the foils on top desperately needed to come out, Because it was frying my hair. I got my first facial today and honestly didn’t know what I was missing. Super professional and way more relaxing than I expected. My skin feels cleaner, smoother, and just better than it has in a long time. The whole experience was comfortable, explained well, and not awkward at all. I walked out feeling refreshed and actually noticeable results. If you’re a guy on the fence about getting a facial—just do it. I’ll definitely be back. Haley was amazing!

I have been a customer of JR‘s Spa & Salon for decades. Scarlett is my favorite, she has been styling my hair for the last 15 years! Does a great job with cuts and perms. She will happily work with you to achieve the look you want.

I didn't wait but a few minutes when Meagan, my stylist, came to get me. She was courteous and helpful. Meagan is a careful, active listener. She checks to make sure she understands what her customers want and also gives good suggestions. The other stylists there are also very friendly and personable. I heartily recommend J.R.'s salon. I was well satisfied with my haircut and experience there. I will definitely return!

I’m very picky on who cuts my hair. I travel from Minnesota to Indiana back and forth every week. When my daughter isn’t available to cut my hair I would go to Sport Clips and that is where I met Megan. I evened followed her to J.R’s!! She has been cutting my hair now for almost 3 years she does an excellent job. It’s always nice to go back to the same person and they just how you want it done. Megan and all the staff are very professional and friendly and helpful with whatever you might need!!
