They had signs facing the street claiming $25 haircuts on Wednesdays for walk-in customers. I double checked with the receptionist lady, she confirmed and pointed at this sign I pictured below. After waiting over an hour, a barber took me to his chair and cut my hair. He warned about a $1 fee added to card purchases, I thanked him for the haircut and tapped my card on his phone. When I got home I checked my bank app and saw that my card got charged $46; thinking it was just a mistake I called them and the receptionist told me they'd call me back within a couple minutes with a resolution. They never called back so I reached out multiple times throughout the last 3 weeks and their story kept changing. At first they said he was supposed to refund me already, then "he never showed up for work"

Highly recommend Carlos for anyone seeking a consistent, high-quality haircut. He is attentive, thorough, and intentional with his work. I truly appreciate his dedication to making sure the final result meets my exact expectations.

Very comfortable atmosphere, even though it more nicely decorated than any barbershop you’ve been in before. There’s a reason they were voted Best Barbershop in Central California 3 out of the 4 past years.

Walked in trying to get their $25 Wednesday haircut deal, person up front said guy was wrapping someone up and would be ready soon. I waited 25 min and saw others get served after I arrived. I asked someone else if I was still going to get a haircut and he said yeah the guy is just wrapping up...5 more min. I waited 10 min more but had to leave. I don't appreciate being lied to over and over. Just trying to get a haircut and they're pretty expensive regularly. Oh well, I have to find somewhere else now.

I’m so happy I found Ruben here!!! He started cutting my son hair at the age of 3 1/2 at a different shop!!! I looked high and low till we found him at J Royals!!! He does the best job ever!!! He’s been cutting my boys hair for almost 4years now! I will never go to anyone else!!! He’s amazing with kids and adults! My husband also gets a great cut from him!!!
