What I asked for vs what I got! I’m in love! I got the pedi as well all totaling $150 and it was the best spent!!! The guy in the first chair is top tier! I’m so sorry forgot his name but he’s the sweetest and so patient! Everyone in there is warm and inviting!!

Last Friday I was referred to Kevin at Joyful Nails by a good friend. He was everything she told me and more which include patient, gentle, and kind. He was honest and educated me on acrylic and sns. My nails are beautiful! I plan to return. Above is my original review! I’ve returned several times and my expectations are always exceeded!

My nails was rushed the place was dingy, and I was racially profiled. I asked for French tip pedicure. I did not receive my full service, and at the end I was rushed to pay before I even got my stuff together, as if I was not going to pay them and I was getting all types of dirty luxe will never come back here ever again the worse service I’ve ever experienced. I’m pregnant and I just wanted something to make me feel special and I feel like I was ripped off and treated awful. Don’t tell me that my feelings are invalid two of your workers made me feel uncomfortable idc about other customers I care about my feelings and the place does look dingy

My time with Lily has been fantastic. My nails were dipped in S & S. She took excellent care of me. To be honest, I noticed her name mentioned in one of the prior Yelp reviews. After that, I went into the shop and inquired about her.
