Got the cutest sage green & off-white nail combo for the summer! 🍀 Wasn't too sure on my second color, but the staff helped me choose! She knows what she's doing for sure. Highly professional and warm family-like vibe amongst all the staff - so cute 🫶 thanks!
The salon is super clean and professional, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They used high-quality products, and my nails turned out so pretty and neat—I love the color! You can really tell they care about the details. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
I saw the price for the service I chose listed on a price sheet and that same price was confirmed by the employee I first asked when I walked in and inquired, when it came time to pay they charged me $10 extra dollars for the service!! When I asked why it was different than what they told me before and what it says on their price sheet they acted like I was wrong. I also had to wait a while to get the service and then they just rushed through me. My cuticles are still pretty bad and they didn’t have the color I wanted for manicure so had to get a color that did not end up matching my pedicure. Like an idiot I still tipped over 20% but I definitely will never return and recommend that others stay away :(
Horrible Experience. Decided to go and treat myself and left with more stress than I came in with. I had to guide the lady every step of the way. Seemed like she’s never done a gel manicure before, none less a french nail. She barely took care of my cuticles. And the lines were all wobbly. I can do better than this at home. She massaged my hand with alcohol instead of lotion.. lol. Worst nail experience that I have ever had. I went back to ask them to redo it because it was totally unacceptable. They asked me to wait an hour because “there was no one available”. If it were me I’d attend to the person who they messed up on first. The second time around It was a bit better but honestly not up to par. The face of my nails are not even and the top coat is on some places of the nail on not on o
I never usually leave reviews but this was the worst nail experience I’ve had. I paid $80 for dip powder nail extensions and the next day (not even 24 hours later) 3 snapped off. I proceeded to call and ask for a refund because of how bad the quality was and was told it was my own fault for getting them so long, even though I asked twice for them to be made shorter. I had to return to the salon twice and call 3 times to arrange a redo. I was sat waiting for almost an hour when I finally got them redone. They also told me I would need to pay extra if I wanted them redone with shellac, even after all of this mess. Only one person who worked there took the time to help me and all the other workers were extremely unhelpful and rude. $80 for all of this hassle.
