Joyce Beauty Club

I've gone here many times and while I get it, the staff is super suspicious of customers vs welcoming and friendly. Additionally, the LAST (emphasis on last) time I went I asked the staff member about relaxer hair products. She was obviously natural and very comically replied, I wouldn't know anything about that. I was asking about what products you sell, not your background on relaxing your own hair lol completely unnecessary.

This place was racially profiling me and my sister wear into the store and off the back they were already looking at us The guy kept going to every corner to look at us and where we came to check out for our items they said my sister stole some eyelashes which was false and the only reason why they said that is because my sister picked up eyelashes and put them back they try to look in our bags but we wouldn’t allow them and they kept making a scene about how we were stealing and to never come back then don’t listen to the other reviews about this place it’s false

Always clean with plenty of items to choice from. The braiding hair color options are somewhat limited. The staff are friendly but often you have to seek them out to get assistance because they are congregated in one area. They even have a discount card program. Often you have to ask them to take your number because they don’t ask. I haven’t earned any rewards so I’m not sure the perks of the rewards card.

Very good selection. Awesome mirrors and high quality choices. Ended up leaving though with exactly the wrong item I asked if it was, was told it wasn’t the item I was not interested in and once home and product opened I found out I spent $90 on wrong items. Oh well, i don’t think they exchange or return, but too late now. Would definitely go back. I was chasing my Toddler so not their fault at all:)

You cannot go wrong going to Joyce Beauty Club. The selection is awesome. The prices are great and they have discounts. The Customer service is the greatest, you are greeted as you come in the store and your concerns are met.
