Joy Nail & Spa

I went to Joy nails today to do my nails and the lady did an amazing job but I forgot to ask her name😭. She was so gentle, patient and polite and the entire staff were amazing as well. I love love love my nails and I’ll definitely go back. I highly recommend this nail shop. Thank you to the lady that did this awesome job!! Please if you see my review just let me know your name🤗

There are two places they are next to each other. So make sure you are in the right place. The facial extraction was not that good. Also, the "clean" towels had hair all over them especially the ones in the bathroom. I noticed hair on the one she used for my facial and hair on the massage bed. It could be cleaner thats for sure. Service was unirganized even tho I made an appointment two weeks in advance. They made sure to remind me to tip.....probably will not be back. I am apprehensive about going to a spa place that is not clean and unorganized.

There is never another nail salon I’ll ever visit instead of Joy Nail. Lily is truly exceptional at what she does. She’s personable, funny and talented. I’ve been Lily’s client for over 2 years now because no one will ever compare to the quality of her work. The entire staff here is so kind-hearted and considerate, they all have such positive energy and seem almost like a family. Lily is great but as she was off sometimes, I’ve had fills done by other staff and everyone’s work is up to par with Lily’s also. I’ve never had a complaint and my nails always look amazing with anyone I’ve met with. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone thinking of trying it out.

I had the worst nail experience of my life the first time I want to Joy nail and spa. The first picture happened as soon as I got home from the salon while I was picking up a box of cereal. They were super thin and 3 days later the other one snapped off even lower. That picture was taken a couple days later because the original picture is more graphic. If you don’t want your nails to be ripped off from putting on your shoe or picking up a small box don’t go here. Never broke a nail before it was ridiculous. My nail artist was Phoumara. When I went back to ask them about it they didn’t offer a refund only to fix it. Which couldn’t be done because they were broken down to far. So I went a couple days later to fix the first one. My nails came out perfect — exactly what I asked for, with great attention to detail. The space was clean and relaxing, and they took their time to make sure everything looked flawless. I left feeling pampered and so happy with the results. Definitely my new go-to nail spot. Highly recommend!
