I DONT HAVE WORDS. Unethical. Clearly not certified. This girl used her elbow directly over my spine soooo hard as well as over the back to my knees. I’m now in serious pain. The back of my leg is numb, I have a headache, and honestly I’m just so upset. My spine hurts. I already have serious neck problems from a car accident. Not to mention I called to make an appointment at 5 and showed up at 4:50 just for the lady to say she had a client but she would “call a friend”???? This friend didn’t show up for another 15 minutes and didn’t give me a 90 min massage which is probably for the better. She gave me a 60. She hurt me quickly into the massage and I thought maybe it was an accident and let it go on but it got worse and worse. I can’t even put into words how upset and physically hurt I am.
