My first ever parlour visit in the US. My stylist for the day was Iris. I had lot of gray coverage for my hair. She and her supervisor did a short consultation for suitable hair color. Iris did a fantastic job. I am really happy and the color suits my skin tone. Highly recommended! We also had a good chit chat as part of getting to know each other. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. 5 stars for excellent service.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! Patricia and Sokamarin ( THE BEST!!!) were kind enough to squeeze me in for color, balayage, a trim, and styling — and still took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The red tone they created is absolutely stunning — rich, vibrant, and full of dimension. It’s bold without being overpowering and has the most beautiful shine. The balayage blends flawlessly, and the cut and style pulled everything together perfectly. I never felt rushed, and you can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. I left feeling so confident and obsessed with my hair. Highly recommend! Also the complementary drinks were a plus!! Thank you!!

I recently visited this salon to get my hair colored and asked for an ash brown shade. I was charged $250 for both a root touch-up and full hair color, and I didn’t realize beforehand that they would charge separately for the roots and the all-over color, which was a surprise. Unfortunately, the roots came out looking the same as my original color and didn’t change at all. I also received a hair treatment during the visit, but instead of improving my hair, it left it feeling very dry. I was disappointed with the results, especially considering the cost. I do not recommend this salon, the pic was after the hair color you can see the root didn’t change at all! It looks like a messed. Uneven!!! Never again!!!

It is not often that I leave a review for a beautician or a shop! I've lived in the Houston/Katy area for over 45 years and have visited many salons. But today's visit to Josephine's was 5+ stars! I was very pleased with this salon's atmosphere as well as their attention to each individual customer! The hair washing area was quite comfortable, actually peaceful with softer lighting with a well-trained staff. Here's the best part....my beautician Holly, was excellent! We talked prior to my haircut. I also brought in a picture for her reference. Her knowledge and ability outshine so many in this city! I highly recommend her! Give yourself a treat and an excellent experience!

I came in on Tuesday, November 4 just to inquire about a cut, and color. I’m actually quite nervous about hair salons. They had an opening that day so I went for it. This was due to Holly making me feel at ease during the consultation. Holly did an amazing job with the color, cut, and the style. She really knows her craft and listens to the client. In all my years I’ve never had anyone know how to style my hair, until now. Between Aylissa, and Holly I felt so welcome and special. The professionalism, kindness, and peaceful atmosphere has definitely made me a returning client. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
