I had such a great experience at the Jones Road brick-and-mortar store in Nashville. I booked a refresher makeup lesson and walked away feeling confident and inspired. I relearned how to apply makeup for a natural, everyday look, and how to easily zoosh it up for a night out without feeling overdone. The products are worth the price. They’re high quality and last, which makes the investment feel justified. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products, not pushy at all. Madi was wonderful. She clearly explained not just how to use each product, but why you use it, which made everything click. She has a calm, thoughtful way of teaching that puts you right at ease. This place is great! Theres makeup tutorials and consultants available to help explain the Jones Road products. The two hero products are the foundation and miracle balm - a bit pricy (I got both for $92) but they have hydrating qualities and are quite large.

I had the most amazing experience at the Nashville Jones Road. Tonya helped me find the right products and the right shades for me. I spent way too much money, but my makeup looks fantastic. Fantastic products and even better staff!

Had an amazing visit at JR Beauty Nashville today. The team was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I had absolutely no reason to buy more makeup, and the Assistant Store Manager showed me things I didn't know I needed. I'm excited about my new additions and looking forward to my next visit. I highly reccomend a visit if you are a Bobbi Brown fan, on a clean beauty journey, or simply want to enhance your natural beauty with high quality products.
