Joanne was amazing. She really took her time to listen and used her expertise to help me get exactly what I wanted (and needed!). She knew what would work best for me and my hair, and she was so thoughtful throughout the process. I got microlights and a cut, and I couldn’t be happier with how both turned out. Joanne meticulously went through my massive amount of hair and perfectly highlighted strands and gave me the most natural look (which is what I wanted). She kept the warmth from my previous balayage while toning down the gold beautifully. I had a great experience getting my hair done with Joanne and will definitely see her again!

A wide array of colors—from hints of blue to natural blending of grey. Recently, she took my bone straight Asian hair to a new permanent wave technique that will slowly fade out, returning it to natural texture. I love it! A self-described hair nerd, she follows trends, techniques, and science. She cares deeply about the craft. I'm so grateful.
