Rude Asian lady at front desk refuses to help look at wigs. Took almost 30 min after I brought wigs to counter to get any help and the black girl helping was mean. Will not return and I had been a previous customer. No wonder the place was empty but when time came to check out there was a line all of a sudden.very poorly run operation, looks like they're shutting down going out of business soon like many others. Customer service thats good is obsolete, it's a thing of the past. Never to return.

They have typical beauty supply items including hunan hair, color, gels, bleach, braid hair of all colors lenths and brands. They usually have a bogo sale on braid hair, and some times 20% off of items. The service is also good. You can get what you need here. Priced about the same as competitors .

Very deceptive people. I just purchased a wig from here and I thought it was odd that the young lady took my wig in the box to another register. She told me the man behind the counter further down would check me out, BUT she still had my wig and the one from the mannequin. She finally passes him the box with the wig but I never looked inside. She gave me the old wig from the mannequin and took the new one out the box. This wig looks old and the paper that is normally inside the unit is just tossed to the side of box. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Make sure you keep eyes on you products before you pay.

I spend alot of money with this company. I bring my girls here all the time well behave children. Today the guy made me feel so uncomfortable. As me and my daughter was checking out he ask for an item that my baby put back as if she was stealing. Instead of saying anything I decided just to make a review. This was not okay and embarrassing!

Woah this place is huge with a variety of things to choose from. I've been in Pearland 3y and this was my 1st time going. You can definitely find everything you're looking for
