Jolla Bella Beauty Supply

I purchased products from Jolla Bella Beauty Supply, Houston, TX, based on the sales representative installing a quick weave. When reaching out to the representative to confirm the appointment she ghosted me. I contacted the store manager and explained to her the situation and requested to return the product for a refund since the store representative ghosted me and use trickery to make the sale. The manager only offered me a store credit, I will never buy from them again and don’t recommend anyone do😡👎

My exeperience at this location was horrible. The manager Anna is very disrespectful to the clients and staff. The owner needs to fire her asap, because I witnessed this with my own eyes. There are so many other beauty supply places that may appreciate your money!

I am questioning how this store has a 4.3-star rating. They may be paying for reviews or incentivizing customers with free products in exchange for positive feedback, as my experience here was far from honest. First of all, if you need to return a product at this store—even if it hasn’t left the store—Angelita, the store manager, will only offer you store credit, refusing to issue a refund. This is unacceptable; customers should have the right to walk away with their money if they choose, especially when the product is still in the store. To make matters worse, while one of their employees was preparing a wig I had already purchased, Dee damaged the wig, which was still priced at $79. Love this place, been going for years! If you go on a regular basis you can catch amazing sales that they run every few weeks.

The manager Anna is very rude to customers. The owners need to remove her from being at the register and put her in the back or stocking. Anna clearly does not have the training to provide the customer service in a 100% customer base being African American.
