Joli Nails

Joli nails is now under new ownership. It used to be such a staple for East Plano. It wasn’t frivolous, a great place to get quality service. The new owners make you feel so rushed and I could tell weren’t experienced. I spoke up about the color of my nails not being dark enough and after, it seemed like that they were talking about me. My manicure felt rushed and once Jenny was done she sat down to watch her phone. A new customer came in that had an appointment. Once he got there, she rolled her eyes at him because she had to work. Seriously this is not professional. The prices have increased. It is still not too expensive but I would advise going somewhere else for a better overall experience.

I got a pedicure here because they are close to work. I will not be back. The gentleman hurt my toes. Clipped too far back and to tried to dig into my cuticles. I asked him to stop and he got mad. Polish looks good but not worth the pain.

DID NOT DO WHAT I REQUESTED charged $60! I brought my 12 yr old last night at 6:30pm because she needed nails for a special event and my nail salon is closed on Mondays so we came to JoLi. I was thankful the woman took us even though they close at 7:00. I showed her a photo of pink and white nails with tiny bows near the white tips and asked if she could do pink and white with blue bows. She got to work doing tips and dip on my daughter’s tiny nails and I took a phone call. I noticed she was struggling with the bows and my daughter kept smiling and saying it’s fine. When she finished at 8:00 (over an hour later) I walked up to pay for all white nails with big funny looking bows. And then she asked for $60! She didn’t even do the pink and white that I asked for. Johnny and Lin treat me like family, love them. I’m a stroke survivor and everyone that has done my nails there have so much patience and I appreciate them very much for that.
