Kaylee at John of Italy Salon is the best. My wife needed a special appointment today and she was more than accommodated! This time of year is difficult because everyone needs their hair cut or treated before the holidays. Kaylee got my wife in and made her appointment a day to remember. Not all hair stylist are as amazing as Kaylee, if you are lucky enough to have her work with you you will not be disappointed. I also use her for my hair cuts, and she has never let me down. The salon itself is beautiful and very well run. It is clean and full of happy clients.

Long-tenured salon with many friendly, talented stylists and a low-key but professional ambience. Been seeing Peter Suescun for years and he does my wife's hair beautifully!!!

My Hair stylist and colorist ERIC is AMAZING!! I started coming to him about a year and a half now and my hair was severely damaged!! He was so gentle and meticulous in restoring my platinum hair. My ex-stylist was lazy and she broke off in several areas! He immediately started this Olaplex treatment that makes the hair stop breaking and within 2 treatments it did! I did these treatments every 2 weeks for about 6 months and he was very gentle in continuing to bleach and tone my hair but at a low volume with NO heat and gave me instructions on how to take care of my hair and exactly what products to get and use at home. LOOK at my hair now! This is with NO extensions and my hair is so soft and growing like a weed! Eric is a master at fixing damaged hair and is also fairly priced! THANK

I’ve been a faithful client of Kaela’s for the past 5–6 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the day I walked into John of Italy in Westlake. I had recently moved to Calabasas from Hancock Park and was determined to keep up my regular routines, including trekking back and forth to Beverly Hills to see Justin Anderson (yes, that Justin Anderson, the blonde guru whose work you’ve likely saved for inspiration). But as a new mom, it became clear I couldn’t keep making the trip, no matter how loyal I was. One Sunday, I walked past John of Italy on my way to brunch. The salon caught my eye, it was gorgeous. A few days later, out of desperate need (and with no research or backup plan), I called the salon and asked the receptionist to book me with whoever was “the best for blondes.” Enter K

The salon is so clean and refreshing to go to. I love the family feel of it! After years doing my hair blonde with different hair dresses I finally found Nichole! Nicole Young is the best! She’s personable, professional and has a huge talent for blondes! So happy I found her and John of Italy ❤️
