I called to make an appointment for Ultherapy, and while the woman I spoke with was polite, she asked for my credit card to hold the reservation with a $50 fee. I was apprehensive, but I agreed. Within minutes, I called back to cancel the appointment (which was scheduled for the next day). I asked if I would be charged since I had canceled almost immediately, and she told me yes. That left me feeling trapped—like I had no choice but to go, even though I no longer wanted any of their services. When I arrived the next morning, I explained again that I didn’t want the services and reiterated the situation. The staff was nice, though clearly embarrassed. My usual place was booked so went for botox for forehead. You have to do a video call with a doctor. This shouldn't be needed if properly supervised in spa. The administer barely glanced at me before deciding how many units I needed. No icing beforehand so hope you aren't sensitive. Aside from this, if the botox looked good I would have been fine. Well it was NOT good. There were missed spots so random crinkles across my forehead. Don't be fooled by their fancy name like I was.
