I went in there and did not get a warm welcome. One girl waited 10 minutes before even helping anyone and after 30 minutes I left and came to HIANDRA'S on Genesee. 2 minute drive, 5 minute walk. Got a warm welcome and my hair started right away. She's better**

The people that work there are so unfriendly that I can't tell if they even speak English. The last time that I was there some hair was burning and the place filled up with smoke. The staff ( if you can call them that.) didn't even have any exhaust fans. I got a headache from the smell. I'm not prone to headaches.

Nice and clean! Great people and my daughter loved her hair, not to mention reasonably priced! Thinking my daughter has found her salon !

Love the customer service.! My hair hasn't have chemicals for 5 years now and everytime my hair looks as sleek as a perm.

She does a great job. My daughter is 4 and she was so good with her. Definitely recommend
