I have had persistent migraines on and off since adolescence, driven by neck and jaw tension, and have spent years trying to find the right combination of medication and therapy. I have been seeing Jo for massage, as well as attending yoga classes, for about 6 years now. This has reduced my migraine frequency from 4-6 times per month to 1, meaning I only have to take medicine for acute headaches, not a maintenance treatment, which can come with side effects. Jo is professional and informed, and is focused on both short- and long-term relief. She has also referred me to other specialists (chiropractor, PT) when needed, and the referrals have always been helpful.

I have been going to Joga for several years now for Functional Movement Training and massages. I cannot say enough positive things about all their staff and services. Not only do they help treat you, but also explain the "how's and why's". They have truly helped changed my life and manage my pain naturally for the better. Not only with exercise, but also with lifestyle/food/supplements. I still have flareups and bad days, but it so much more manageable, and they happen way less. I truly cannot stress enough how they have impacted and changed my life for the better!
