Body Balance Massage & Skincare

I thought I hated massage until I found Sierra at Body Balance. I happened to attend an event where she was offering mini chair massages. Even in a 15-20 minute experience, her soothing personality and attention to detail left me feeling great. That 15 minute massage ultimately led me to her studio for a 90 Minute Therapeutic Massage! I struggle with chronic neck/shoulder/back pain from a pretty serious birth injury. Due to my injury I deal with quite a bit of tension and pain on a daily basis. Sierra was extremely thorough in making sure she knew my history and preferences. She was so responsive to my body that I didn’t need to tell her anything when it came to pressure&areas of focus. I started seeing Sierra a few years ago after my back went out, and now I have never felt better. She is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable from the first moment you meet her. My husband and I went to her couples massage date night class, and was floored by how much we enjoyed learning how to do massage each other as well. Plus, the local honey she offers is hands down my favorite. I cannot recommend her enough.
