Jobe's Hair Braiding

I have been coming to Jobe for maybe over a year. She is so understanding, professional and considerate. She does a really good job.

Love this place I fly from Atlanta for knotless braids three times a year. This is the best African braiding shop in Detroit. All the ladies are nice and fast at braiding.

The first time I visit I had a good experience with getting kinky twist the price was $180 for shoulder length. This time I went and got box braids for $200 and the length was to the middle of my back. I don't think this is normal but I've had my braids for 4 days and I have scabs on my scalp and my hair was not braided into the braids completely. The end of my braids are coming a loose already and I have to figure out how to keep my braids together with no rubber bands. The process took 3 hours with the owner braiding by herself for the first hour and a half and the owner and her assistant for the next hour and a half.

Very professional and braids are always neat. Hair is always done in a timely fashion. All the ladies are family and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Thanks ladies of Jobes African hair braiding.

This was my first time coming to this shop. I was pleased with the outcome. My braids were neat and all the same size. I will definitely come back again
