I made an appointment for myself and my teen granddaughter. I told the employee on the phone exactly what we wanted. She was so nice! I walked in for my appointment, and Abby, my stylist, was the " employee on the phone" and just as sweet and bubbly in person. My granddaughter got her hair done exactly as she wanted, and it's done so well that as it grows out some, it'll still look great. Abby listened and asked questions, even asked if I had inspiration pictures. The entire process, from wash to walking out was a very pleasant experience. I got a fresh new style and Abby made me feel so good about everything. Yes, I'm picky, so this is way big for me. Honestly, try them out, Abby is tops!

Everyone from the Jmax team has always been so warm & kind each time we have been here. Stephanie has been cutting my toddler boy’s hair (toddler haircuts are not for the weak) and she’s so amazing and flexible with him!! We love our “big boy” haircuts here!

Stephanie is awesome! Not only does she provide quality services, she cares about the health of your hair. My hair is extremely dry and she’s very helpful to recommend and use products to combat that. She goes out of her way to give her customers professional services.

Stephanie did a cut/color on me in December, & recently a hair cut…..I am extremely pleased with both services! She did my hair as I specifically requested. I will go back again & again! She is great!!! Becky Taylor
