JJ Nails Spa

We are from New Jersey. I fly to Tennessee to visit my family. My daughter had a gift card from this place for Mother’s Day. She haven’t time to redeem it, so we decided to take care of her nail and toes and I decide to get some work done also. I called and asked for GEL MANICURE AND REGULAR PEDICURE. When we arrived there was only 3 ladies inside, a lady who apparently takes care of the front ( black hair, Vietnam late 50’) a young lady for nails and an other mature (70’s) lady . We started doing our pedicure, the young lady worked with my daughter and the mature lady started working on me. I notice that she didn’t clean properly my toes first, then I need a toe nail cut , she didn’t cut that much, and square cut as I requested, noticing this, I asked to the lady in a polite way, to

I had a 9:00 appointment with Leah, I messaged her at 8:40 to let her know I would be a few minutes late. She replied that she would be late as well because she overslept, but I was thinking at what point were you going to notify me (hmm). She finally arrived around 10am. I came back in the shop for her to start on my nails, she apologized for being late and said she would take something off for her tardiness. It took over 3hrs for a fill and design, she ate up my cuticles with the drill until they bled a lil and were burning. I informed her of this and she said she had some oil to put on them. It didn’t help at all. She then did my pedicure which was so fast, I felt like it was rushed. When she rung me up at the end, the price was a bit much and she never mentioned anything about the disc

i went to get my nails done at JJ with sandy and ended up leaving so disappointed disliked my nails so much price payed for service was SO HIGH she took more than an hour to finish almost 2 hours plus the gems fell of the same day i was soooo upset at the result because i was going to my mothers wedding anniversary and i couldn't find a place to fix my nails on time they charge a lot of money for bad service never coming back again

Such a great salon experience! I love going into a salon and getting GREAT quality nails. My tech, Reana, was diligent about making sure I got exactly what I wanted and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I asked for short, pink, almond frenchies and she delivered🤩 10/10 recommend her and this salon. (She’s also great to have as a nail tech because she’s a great person to talk to)

Absolutely horrible service done by the nail tech Sandy. I paid $82. I would rather let my little sister do my nails. I’m sure if you request a different nail tech it would be fine but Sandy does not take her time at all. The sign on the door says walk ins welcome which is why I chose this salon. I was seated very quickly only because another poor girl was 2 minutes late for her appointment:( I would rather have waited than take her appointment but she starts at my cuticles and is vernot ask for sandy.
