I booked a 70-minute body massage and a 60-minute foot massage online today. Lina massaged my back and neck, and the foot massage was very relaxing. Because my job requires me to walk a lot every day, wow, it felt great! 👍 Thank you, Lina.

I really love this place and I hate that I have to do this . I purchased a Groupon for a 60-minute massage at JJ’s Massage Spa. I’ve been a returning customer for years and just wanted to save some money. I seen that they had a deal I was excited . I’ve have always been able to walk in for service. I understand if appointments are now required; however, when I arrived, the receptionist initially offered to take me right away until I mentioned I had a Groupon. At that point, she said I needed to make an appointment instead. When I asked to schedule one, she told me not to use Groupon and to just pay her directly. I explained that I had already purchased it. It became clear that she did not want to accept the Groupon due to the percentage Groupon takes out. Despite advertising the discount,

I went here 2x. I had different people each time. They were both really great. They make sure the pressure is good. Every part of my body is so relaxed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage.

I love my massages with Tom! He's very professional and always manages to get my knots out. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating and I've always been able to get a same day appointment! I'll never stop patronizing this establishment!

This was my first and last time visiting. I was even told to never come back over a $10 tip that I wasn’t required to give. I wanted to do something special for me and my girlfriend, but the experience was disappointing from the start. When I first tried to book a week in advance, I was told to call two days before, and even then I couldn’t get the time I wanted but I was patient since I had already bought the Groupon. The massage itself was just okay. Directions throughout the process were unclear, and some parts of the massage were actually uncomfortable, leaving us both sore afterward. Because it was our first massage, we assumed the discomfort was normal. When the service ended, no one verbally let us know, which added to the confusion, but we were understanding of the language barrier
