JJ Beauty Supply and Cellphones

This place use to my one of my favorite places to get phones fixed. When I was in high school I want to say 9-10 years ago I would get my phones fixed for years. The owner is very friendly and great honestly the best but my complaint is to the tall guy. My iPad screen was broken AND THAT WAS ONLY THING BROKEN. I took it there, now the short guy actually helped me with my screen but unfortunately my Touch ID is now disabled. I went back for help and the tall guy who was no where near to hear my conversation said that I was lying and I brought it in like that. He both told me that it’s impossible but at the same time said it could be fix for additional $60 after I already paid $100. The tall guy is very rude and is unwilling to listen and want to accuse others. I was told to just leave my iP

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The man at the counter sold me a phone that started messing up two days later. I took the phone back and explained to him the issues the phone was having(starting over on its own and not charging properly) and he said that I had to pay more than what the phone costs to get it fixed. I refused and asked for a refund and he said that all sales are final. I suggest reporting them. The people working here are SCAMMERS!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE My sister and I was were watched and followed the entire time. The tall man at the counter accused us of opening makeup products that were testers (already open) Very uncomfortable experience. Never will return

I felt very disrepected yesterday..I don't understand why I was treated so poorly. First time I came in September was a wonderful experience this time I felt harassed. All Black people do not steal. I work very hard for my money. He asked me did I need help I said no not right now. Usually people leave you alone. Not this guy he was extremely to close to me. I just felt uncomfortable. This store have more than enough cameras to see if anyone is stealing. Please don't treat your customers like this. Your hair and wigs are beautiful but it's not worth me losing my temper over stupidity. Thanks but no thanks.

This place is terrible! How can you serve and set up shop in an African American community and dislike them! They charged my wife for a used, greasy cap because she wanted to try on the wigs before she purchased them, they had no sign saying there will be a purchase of a wig cap to try on wigs! She would have purchased 4 wigs, but the owner refused to allow her to try on more than 3 wigs. She purchased 3 wigs, out of 2 of them; they had tiny insects around the lace on the wig. I will never take her to this shop again! The workers are rude, the sharing of caps is disgusting! And there goes my money wasted on wigs that are not wearable for her!!! You'll never get another dime out of me!! The only good reviews they have are made by them and family! کلاهبرداران
