I confirmed a reservation by phone days in advance, yet was told upon arrival that no reservation existed. The owner was dismissive and unprofessional until realizing their own mistake, at which point the attitude suddenly changed. On top of that, I was literally forced to pay a 33% tip… Poor management, disrespectful service, and aggressive tipping practices. Avoid.

No courtesy from masseuse who was old and unskilled, not to mention rude welcome from receptionist. Insecure entrance which is a big red flag. Best to avoid this place.

This place is amazing! I go here all the time and I've never had one bad experience, ever. They are truly experts at working out knots, kinks and tension that others have not been able to.

Jewely spa is the best Asian massage place in Jersey City! The therapists were knowledgeable and skilled, and they tailored the massage to meet my specific needs!
