Jewel Allure was a disaster immediately upon entry as it was undergoing renovations at the time of the “ZOOM!” teeth whitening appointment. We walked into a total construction zone and were seated right in the middle of all the mess. This salon owner or shop manager takes no pride in her business or her work. The filthy, hazardous, unsterile conditions are absolutely unsuitable and not safe for treating clients or accommodating anyone for that matter, period. There are obviously no infection control standards In place whatsoever. The teeth whitening procedures (and god knows what else) are performed in an upholstered chair with no protective barrier or chair cover to prevent cross contamination of bacteria and viruses. When I originally went my hair wasn’t long enough and instead of trying to make me suffer through she had me reschedule for when it was longer. It was my first time getting a wax and she made sure the process was comfortable and painless. She has a forever customer in me.

She took me in within 5 mins after calling her she wasn’t even at the shop when I called but she knew it was urgent for me to come and she made her at to the site . She is very patient , not judgmental because I as uncomfortable at first but she helped me feel comfortable. Her prices are TOP TIER . Everyone nowadays overcharge and overpriced but I could literally get all the services with her without a problem because she’s very informative with all services and very patient . Chanel was professional from day one of speaking with her. I showed up , after her working with my scheduling issues. She was upbeat and positive and the establish was clean, professionally set up and she had the room all sterile and ready to go! I loved all the info she gave and how she communicated everything she was doing to me and she took her time on the wax to max sure it was all clear. She gave me advice about what to do and not to do, and also gave me time frames of how often i need to come and what to get each time!
