Very nice Lady, and always very informative. The prices are steep, but hey that's the going price these days. She always make my daughter happy. Edit: I'm not sure to what has happend, but my daughter hair was terrible this time around...checkout the pictures. This is what I ask for versus to what she got.👇🏾 first 3 pics is what she did to my babygirl hair! Bad hair!! The next pictures is the one I sent her from a website. She could have just said she didn't know how to do it. But, instead blames my daughter for moving. She also got upset with me, because I stated it was not good. We paid 185.00 for nothing. I have to take the tangly hair out 😒 I must say , she tried to fix it the next day. But, the outcome was even worst than the day before. It's not fair, but it's all good I will find s

I put plaits in my daughter's hair after they took Cancer from her body. Thank you God. I took her to Jerdel for a dreadloc style. But was to get faux locs. Ok. I was quoted $230.00 by Jerdel the owner...no price list and whispering so low. My daughter left to shampoo the plaits...and Jerdel said that she would take out all of the worn plaits...that I gave my daughter. And give her a nice African Faux Locs style. 5hrs later. I paid the "Helper" $230.00 I gave her $240.00 and she stated that they had no change and asked to keep my $10. 00 change! (wow). My daughter..Karma Stone's hair was in a very stiff high ponytail..after it was dipped in hot water. Still very hard and stiff. My daughter wanted it down..it hurt too bad to be up. You're not gonna believe this! we took down the faux locs..

Never had a bad experience with Jerdel. Very friendly shop. Always there and on time when I need her service. I always go to her with an unsure style I’d fine online and after she finish... it’s perfect every time. This lady is AWESOME with her work. Has quality hair, great prices and most important......YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE YOUR EDGES

I wish I could post a picture but since I can't.... Let me just tell you that I love my hair! Jerdel and her co worker did a great job. She took me as a last minute appointment with no problem. She is very pleasant and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommended her and her team!

I brought my 10 year old daughter to her several times and this WILL BE THE LAST time. I paid $100 for a style that she said she could do. I showed up to the shop and she had another lady do the style. The braids were larger than the photo I sent her and the lady doing her hair was sewing the front braids together that were loose in the front. Which looked unusual. Not even 5 days later my daughters braids were loose. One was even dangling from the root at the back of her head. I called her to see if she could try to resolve the situation and she acted like she didn't know who I was and started yelling. Bad business.
