Jenny's Shear Bliss

I brought a photo and asked for brown with blonde highlights, but left with a very different color (red). At my follow-up visit, the stylist adjusted the color slightly but still didn’t correct it to what I originally asked for. I felt like my preferences were dismissed, and the stylist pushed her own vision instead. I’m disappointed with the communication and the lack of effort to truly fix the mistake.

Jenny is awesome. She has been cutting my hair for over 15 years and cuts my daughters' hair as well. Highly recommend!

Well.... perhaps this story about Jenny's is one reason I prefer sharing my experience eating out. In almost every instance, whether I give a high OR low review, the president of the company/corporation replies thanking me...if good for the positive feedback. If negative, for letting them know where they can improve. This is what can be expected from a reputable and professional company. My experience yesterday at Jenny's was quite different. By the way, if my previous visits had been less than adequate, this would be a one ⭐ review. What happened: I had an appointment to get a pedicure. Before it, I was getting texts from the front room where they work on hair. They were telling me to remove the photos I'd included in more than one rave (positive ) review.
