Me and my daughter came here during the grand opening weekend and spent over $200 here. I purchased a 350 color curly human hair wig and a few other synthetic wigs and other items. The human hair wig is really pretty but sheds terribly! I wear curly wigs all the time and never have any issue with balding like this! I didn’t wash the wig, bleach it or put any products outside of water on it. I tried wearing the wig on Christmas Day and applied water only and the hair shedded so much that it was bald. It wasn’t nappy or anything and my paddle brush went right through the hair! It just shedded bad! My first experience was, I went for a certain type of hair took a picture of the hair. When if on a closure for the hair and everything was good when I came back before the hair, they already bag it up. Send you with a number and then they wring it up and you pay for it. They don't show you, they don't ask you. And then I took this to my betition because she was doing my hair that day, and it turned out not to be the hair. I have went back to the manager. Of course. They don't take the hair back because I used it. Because it's on my head. However I expected her to be more Apologetic and making it right by saying, hey, well, since this happened to you, we can charge you for another. I'm hair that you want it for the same price. It was a lot of stuff on sale and we got a lot of stuff and had fun I love getting stuff so I can get my hair done and the owner is so nice it was a lot of people tho.!!!

The sales were good! Jenny was there greeting, interacting, working and assisting customer. I am so excited to have a store in Mesquite!

I’m not sure if this is real kaleidoscope hair products. So I will definitely stick to getting it from their verified sellers!!! This is supposed to be the miracle drop shampoo! Has no lather at all and is completely watered down😳😒 Which now that I think about it, is probably why everything is so hard to open.. I’ve never bought this product and it had so much tape. That should have been my first red flag!
