Jenny Beauty Supply DeSoto

I purchase this hair yesterday and my receipt said I had 15 days for a full refund. I wanted to exchange this product due to hair not matching and they wouldn’t honor their return policy. I never opened the hair. They have all these young rude managers and cashiers in the store, customer service is terrible. I live in the area but I will drive to the next city before I ever purchase anything out of that store ever again. I usually review before I spend money but this is my first time having to write one.

Jenny’s is typically the go to because they house so many products BUT last night I went in and purchased 2 packs of human hair 18” wet and wavy to get my hair braided. Today I went in to get my hair braided only to realize that most of the hair was at the top of the bundle which actually only left enough actual 18” hair to do about “maybe” 15 braids. It only takes 2 bags of hair to braid my hair. The man that I spoke with first started talking to me about how the hair is chopped and then about how the hair is at the Jenny’s in Duncanville but was trying to blatantly overlook the fact that I was showing him that the hair shed 90% of the hair which lead me to have to spend even more money to go to another beauty supply so I could purchase 2 more bags of hair so I could continue my hair appo

I purchased the entire As I Am Collection, I have the receipt, and after reading the instructions, I realized that I do not need the co-wash. When I went to return the item because according to the receipt you CAN return an unopened item within 15 days. Instead of returning and refunding my money, they wanted me to do an exchange. I do NOT want an exchange because I do NOT need anything at this moment. I’ve never experienced this before at any other beauty supply stores. The items were NOT on clearance either so was this sale considered a “final sale” !?! TF!

I just visited Jenny's looking for Tara 27 piece hair. I had no clue of what It looked like. I was greeted by a gentleman and two young ladies at the wig and hair counter and asked me what I needed. The guy even walked me over to help me pick the lengths I needed. They all were friendly and had great attitudes. The two ladies at the register assisted me with white glue which I had no clue they even made that. Please do not read the reviews before going in because you will judge before going in. I must say Jenny's is nothing like the negative reviews they give for the Desoto location. Please go see for yourself. Thank you Jenny's.

Definitely the best Jennys I’ve been too! Everyone was so nice & helpful & the ladies at the register were so fun and nice to talk too. Definitely a 10/10. Will be back 🫶🏽🫶🏽
